FAQ

• All U.S. orders will be shipped within approximately one week. For international orders, shipping times will vary by country.
• If you have not received an email confirmation within one week of placing your order, please check your spam or promotions folder.
• All orders will have a 3-5 day production fulfillment time period. This means we will fulfill your order within 3-5 days and ship it out. Depending on where you live, it may take additional days on top of the 3-5 days for you to receive your order.  

All sales are final. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us via our "Contact Us" page. Someone will reach out to you in regards to your inquiry. Please make sure to put your order number in your message when you reach out.

• General Care
• Wash cold, inside out, with gentle detergent
• Hang or lay flat to dry for best results
• Note: Washing or drying on high heat will cause shrinkage and may alter fabric treatments. 
• Try to stay away from placing the fabrics in the dryer as some pieces may contain material that can come off.
